I have called five times over the past month and have just been lied to each and every time. I have recently moved and have zero service at my new house and wish to cancel service. I have two phones that have been sitting in their boxes, completely useless for a month. Two of your reps have told me that they've opened cases for the issue and I should hear from someone in *-* business days. I have never heard from anyone and the last time I called, I was told by a "supervisor" that the first case was made up and never created. This "supervisor" also claimed to open a case and said he would follow up two days ago to make sure the issue had been resolved. **Sprint's customer service has been a complete disappointment and I will be sure to make my frustrations known in every place I can write a review unless this is resolved promptly by someone with enough integrity to be honest with me.
