On around ********, i called cust. svc. spoke w*@ rep. to set-up a new due date of july *th every mo. I understood the billing cycle would change and a pro-rated amount would be charged. I recieved an e-mail of **.** due w*a total bill of ***.**. I just paid ***.** last mo. The rep. didn't tell me how much the pro- rated amt. would be or when it would be due!! I called spoke with another rep. who was rude in speaking an very overbearing to control the conversation. where do you get your personell?? I requested a supervisor*mgr. I explained it to her and she agreed to deduct **.** from the **.** an i woul pay the **.** on the *st of july and the balance on the *th which i thought will be my new payment date each mo.,but my cofirmation from her doesn't make sense. Could someone please,please call me re: this mess asap! before i file a complaint with the attorney general's office next week. Please review charlie's text to me. I continue to pay a lot of money to sprint because of your due date with me when i called in after i purchased the ywo new iphones in march ****. Please get this straight!! Ms. Bettye Collins ***-***-**** call me in the mornings before **pm central time.
