I just want them to stop overcharging me stop turning my phone off and why they never offered me the program ** and over for SeniorSavings and to try to resolve that issue with the other phone the iPhone ** plus pro to right that wrong and to see if I can get some of my money back from the two years that they overcharged my account with unnecessary fees that I really couldn’t afford and I guess because I’m old I didn’t know any better so Sprint what can you do for me in these trying times by paying back
