Help with my Sprint Corporate Care issue

i have had so many bad experiences with sprint customer service few months ago spent * hrs on the phone being transfered and lied to about pricing on a phone they wouldn't listen to the recording because they knew i was lied to so time wasted. fast forward to today i had to call about my billing had to be transferred again the gentleman i spoke to a supervisor apologized and fixed the mistake. he said thanks for being with sprint for ** yrs and asked how i like sprint i said i use to but now sprint is all about new business not existing customers he wanted to see if he could help me with a note * at discounted price so i eaited on hold for not sure how long for someone else to pick up and asked how they could help me. i told him about being on hold but he had no clue so i hung up. wow what in the world is happening with sprint im now looking to switch carriers terrible customer service
