Hi I'm damian Vasquez we are customer s of Sprint since ****. We had a very bad experience with Sprint when we upgrade back in November ****. We were over charge so much I almost went on social media to advice Sprint customer s about sprints sneaky hidden fees. I was contacted by a person from headquarters who helped me out and promised it wouldn't happen again. Well * months ago my bill started going up with those hidden fees that Sprint costumer care can't explain who added them. I need someone from headquarters to contact me and investigate my issues again. I will not wait to long on this issue. If Sprint will not resolve my issues I will continue with going on social media and addressing my issues about Sprint.
