The issue in GetHuman-rohlout's own words
Just get what I was promised and agreed you. ... When I first bought the phone I was lied to from the gate...was told a totally different monthly about $** less than what I have not to mention they added the $** insurance which i didn’t even know nor was asked if i I wanted. Also in order to keep me with sprint I was told that Hulu w* live tv would be included with everything and the premium channels all that free of service, well that was a lie. I have countless chat messages and screen shots of focal points and promises like my bill would be $**-$** total a month which included everything on top of being standard unlimited everything plan that is $** a month, which was promised by a supervisor (which lied) and also stated while on the chat that she went ahead and I was all set for the Hulu w* live tv, $** a month standard unlimited plan, that i have screen shotted but yet sprint couldn’t find the transcript. Later to send me it days later and is missing parts of the conversation that I have screen shotted with proof hmm. Almost * times a week at night when I could I’d chat so conversations could be documented and each time spun in a circle occasionally getting attitudes from a couple to just them ending the chat . Even though I have all this proof they will not honor what a sprint employee promised me and I have been unemployed trying to get work and something promising I’m waiting to hear back for a second interview and they suspend my service so can’t recieve phone calls. Nor can I even call to get this resolved, this is the utmost worst experience trying to get not only cooperation but ultimately what I stayed with sprint for which is what i was promised since day one and not one thing still! And yet they say I’m al loyal customer, but have managers and supervisors as well lie to me. Absolutely horrible service and employees say they care but don’t! I had $*** left to pay my last phone off but traded it in to upgrade to this headache and they wouldn’t let me get it back because I would leave sprint, so they got me pretty good and are cons. Can’t trust them!
So much time, energy, trust and money wasted. And that I have all the screen shots to prove it
Either I get what we agreed upon. I get my old phone back and I leave Sprint or something a lot better to make me want to think about staying with untrustworthy people
Been with sprint *-* years never bothered them at all until my very first upgrade
I’ve probably talked to every employee at sprint besides the chairman and ones right under him in the executive branch
