so today I received a call from Sprint telling me they could upgrade my phone I went through with the upgrade on the phone come to find out they did not have my correct address on the account where I could not verify the address with them they would not do the upgrade so we disconnected the call I went online to my sprint account address that I had changed on the account March **** was not on the account and address from over four years ago was on the account I’ve spoken to Sprint multiple times over the last year never to have informed me that the address is not the correct address as where I called in in March **** I believed the address has been changed to the correct address address so now I called back in to customer service to change the address I explain the phone call about the upgrade he confirms I can upgrade go through the entire process of upgrading my phone and getting a Samsung watch at **% off he informs me due to the major inconvenience of earlier he tells me after he sends me a text message about free Hulu and two emails about sprint discount program because my discount is also not on the account still that he is going to transfer me to a person to confirm my order I get transferred to Another representative to confirm the order she tells me she is sending me a one time verification code and can I please give it to her before I can even say OK one second she hangs up I get disconnected again I called sprint back have to explain the entire situation again to another representative he informs me I need to call Telus Telus sales and gives me the phone number I called telesales get another representative I go through everything with he tells me he cannot upgrade that there was an error I need to call customer care we do a three-way call with customer care customer care in forms telesales that I am in fact eligible for an upgrade and there is no error in their system and another representative to confirm the order she tells me she is sending me a one time verification code and can I please give it to her before I can even say OK one second she hangs up I get disconnected again I called sprint back have to explain the entire situation again to another representative he informs me I need to call telesales and gives me the phone number I call telesales get another representative I go through everything with he tells me he cannot upgrade that there was an error I need to call customer care we do a three-way call with customer care customer care informs telesales and I am in fact eligible for an upgrade and there is no error in their system and now now I have spent over two hours on hold with telesales they have disconnected the customer service representative so she has called me back from customer care to tell me that the gentleman from telesales cut her off after refusing to get us a manager I’ve been requesting a manager for over an hour she has told me she cut his RL number which is RL***** customer service representative name ford who has Refuse to now to get me a supervisor for an hour has kept coming back on the line telling me I need to go somewhere else there is no available supervisor now for over an hour which is absurd and I still do not have the phone upgraded customer care has told me they filed a complaint they are calling me back in an hour to see if I have gotten a manager and the situation has been faxed there is now ** minutes left before she calls me back and I still have no manager!!!!!
