I am trying to file a complaint against a disrespectful DM ... I went into the Saint Ann MO ( The Store Manager and Staff are total Awesome and Respectful)store to upgrade my daughter's cell phone and there was a gentleman sitting next to me who turns out to be the DM of that store. The DM asked if I wanted an Ipad for $***.** and receive a $***.** store credit that I took as this is great a free Ipad* I took a minute to think about it. So, I finally decided to purchase this item. So, I looked at my account today looking for my Ipad to be $***.** but, it was $**** the very nice and respectful store manager tried to explain what he was selling and politely told me that I can return my Ipad. I went and picked up my daughter an returned back to the store and the DM was present this time around. I told the DM that I wanted to return the Ipad due to I was not told anything about any installment payments. He words " it's not my job to explain that to you it was your sales person job to explain it to you"!! Then a few seconds later he tried to explain the situation ( aggressively)* and asked if I understood what the situation * as if I am a dumb or unintelligent person. I had the Ipad for for days and really enjoyed it* I even thought about keeping of because of how nice the Store Manager is. But, after the conversation with the DM I gave it back. I have done business with Sprint on several occasions but, everyone has always been so respectful and kind to meet. I do not know if you guys are going to do anything but, I do not like being disrespected and lied to in order to sale merchandise.
I would have not originally purchased the Ipad if I was giving all the information. After having the Ipad for a few days I actually took really start liking it and would have probably kept if your DM was more courteous
I do not know if it can be made right since* I was lied to about the Ipad is $***.** that I thought was free with the $***.** credit to my bill
I have been a customer with Sprint off and on for the last ** years and I have continuously kept my business with your company
I tried talking to your DM and that is where the problems started
