I utilized an upgrade my phone had in January of this year. My phone was stolen between * and * months after that. I tried to make a claim to sprint to receive a new phone but even though the phone was stolen I couldn’t receive any help because there was no insurance on the account. I am still currently making payments and unable to upgrade to a better phone because of this and will have to pay it off after the end of the lease. Currently, I am using a paid off phone and it’s glitching out and suffering through the payments for a phone that was STOLEN. I am very unhappy not only with the situation but with the way it’s been handled and the expectations put on my as a consumer. I am strongly considering switching to T-Mobile or AT&T.
