I upgraded my phone to the X's and discovered I had several promotions available. I sat with the manager for well over an hour to reduce my bill and I have yet to see the reduction and in fact my bill went up $***. I tried to rectify the bill twice by going back to the store, the first time the gentleman Mark couldn't figure out the issue, team second time I went to speak directly to the manager that set up the account only to wait * hours and not get serviced! I would like to see my account become the $*** that it's suppose to be. I have bee a Sprint customer sine there was a Sprint. I'm not very happy with this service and question whether Sprint I will continue with this service. Thank you for your time. Hoping for a resolution.
