I switched over from T-Mobile. I was told that I needed to bring in my final bill in order to receive the Visa card. I took the final bill from T-Mobile * weeks ago. I have yet to receive anything. I reached out to a representative through the app, Katherine A, she told me I need to submit the bill online to receive the card. That isn’t what the store in store representative told me. She’s telling me to go in the store to receive the card. Are you guys going to pay for my late fees or fix my credit for late fees? I don’t think so. Since I have switched over, it has been constant incorrect information. Either give me my money back or tell me where is my card. Thank you.
