I purchase a galaxy s** due to the fact that the S* edge my husband had BLEW UP in his hand, which i st ill have phone and pictures of his hand. *So this all happened mis contract which i beleive I just paid off on last bill it was over ***. For * phones..*But I had to purchase a phone regardless that the one I wanted wouldn't be out until a year s* were not even out.. so I get this phone the s** on phone ****-***-****, from day one problems with phone! No one can hear me if they so it's breaking up! Nothing will update no apps nor phone..*I call today and get a cust serve rep who in the conversation proceeds to tell me their are many issues with this s** including software malfunction. I speak to a supervisor regarding this matter and basically she tells me to pay for replacement. Why would I even want this phone after finding out from YOUR company its a LEMON!! The stress of this situation and the separation from my Doc *st off, friends and family who either don't call because of phone problems or do and i end up calling from another phone, as I do live far away. *I have contacted my Lawyer due to the overwhelming stress of the situation and he has advised me to submit my complaints in writing to your company. *Thank you*Angela Smith***********
