I am writing a concerned consumer that has a voice to be heard.**My Story – In August **** I purchased * Sprint Phones, one for my wife and one for myself. We were told that service in our area was covered. After a few days of using the phones we experienced uncommon outages at places like WalMart, Gas Stations, Restaurants, etc by where we live, work, and shop in Lakewood Ranch Florida. We went back the local Sprint office and voiced our concern. Our representative did a few things on our phone, changed some settings, etc and sent us on our way. Over the next * weeks that followed we took a trip that consisted of over **** miles and * states. We experienced much of the same challenges as we did in Lakewood Ranch. We were unable to receive calls, send texts, and browsing the internet was almost non existent. We did call Sprint only to be told that we were ultimately out of our “return policy” timeframe and that we had to pay over $**** to return the phones and have reliable service. We then had a representative over the phone tell us that in Lakewood Ranch Florida there was a challenge getting a Cell Tower and that one did not exist there. It is so bad in my business that we had to have the portable cell boosters installed to actually even get a signal. It still did not increase the service when at the office. Had we known this we certainly wouldn’t not have made the switch. We own businesses and manage one other business and it is imperative that we can communicate with minimal disruption. Our service and the reliability is a challenge daily. We miss calls, texts don’t go through, and when we call or stop by Sprint we never get any resolution. **I am asking that Sprint stop selling service in the Lakewood Ranch Florida area and that a Manager or someone in authority address our concerns. **Respectfully,***Don Schwartz****-***-********-***-****
