I am a Military Service Member and have been a loyal customer since ****. I recently returned from a deployment and called on September *, **** when I discover I was being charge for a broadband that I returned to the Sprint Store the same day that the Hollywood Sprint Store offer my underage children to make changes to my account. I returned the item the same day and have been charged a service fee for ** months. The supervisor called me on * September and told me after verifying with the store that I would see a refund in three business days. I called back yesterday to learn that this action never happened. I am at my wits end and will make the decision to leave to another service provide if this is not fixed by today. I have been patient but even a patient man such as myself have a limit. (**********)
