Ok so I am a very not happy Sprint customer right now. My issue started I think back in June when each line on my account was being charged an extra charge. I was given credit eventually and was falsely told if I changed to another plan for unlimited data that my bill would only be a couple dollars more. Well got bill and over a hundred dollars more. I have called several times and was told the recording of call would be listened to and look into switching back to old plan thru back office and never a call back l. I have been told this now on several occasions and no response back. My bill was right around *** for a long time and now is approaching ***. If something isn’t resolved I will eventually be leaving sprint. My name is Jennifer Maglott and my phone *on account is ***-***-****.
