I have been with sprint since *******, and I am already fed up with customer service agents who don't care, don't listen and don't even make sure they are fully answering your questions or answering them correctly. I have been lied to almost every time I call in for something, including when I first signed up with sprint. I have been ignored and argued with on multiple occasions. I have also asked questions and had the agent not even try to answer those questions. I can't understand half of your customer service agents and the other half only seem to half understand what I need. I'm sick of having to deal with figuring things out on my own or having to drive to a sprint store to get real answers. I'm sure I am not the only person who us fed up with it. Even asking for retention doesn't help me often anymore. I called today to set up a payment arrangement and see about upgrading my daughter's phone, which is not working, because I was told when I switched to sprint that upgrade was available after ** months, which was January, BUT, when I tried to upgrade her phone in January, I was told it had to be paid off, first. That WAS NOT what I was told when I switched to sprint. So, I let it go. My daughter's phone is now broken and I can't even get it upgraded for her AND, it took THREE people to get a payment arrangement set up that isn't even satisfactory. I explained that I am temporarily laid off work until the **th of September and when I go back, I would not have my first paycheck until the **nd of September. The best they could do after that was the **th of September. Do you have ANY representatives who can do their jobs without arguing with the customer or giving false information? If so, I STILL haven't found one in more than ** months. You need to do something to improve your service. At this time, I wouldn't reccomend sprint as a wireless carrier for anyone because of the experience I have had with sprint since I switched from AT&T. **Please, do something to change the way your representatives interact with your customers. **My phone number is ***-***-**** in case you have any questions for me about this complaint. **Thank you for your prompt attention,**Wanda Morris
