Been with Sprint for * years. It's been a nightmare. My bill went from $*** to $***. Was told I'm not under a contract but was under a lease and they could raise our rates, phone prices. Have called and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager to call me back and no one has called. I have called the attorney general and waiting to hear back from someone. I need for the CEO Michel Combes to email me and I'll give my number at that point to be able to resolve the issue over the phone
