My name is Jonathan Davila. I ported out in april.I had * months left on my contract. I payed my phones and early termination fee.sprint continued to charge me $**.** for wireless internet, a service I didnt ask for and never had.ive called customer service at least * times in * weeks.Every time I ask to speak to the manager they tell me the manager will call me back. I just want my $*** that's owed to me.they keep denying my claim without reasoning.I have all the paperwork to prove it. They charged me for * months until I canceled it.I dnt know why they decided charge me for wireless internet.one representative confirmed with the sprint store that I never recieved a device for wireless internet but still doesnt want to reimburse me.If I cant get this resolved I'm going to sue sprint for theft.
