I returned a galaxy s** to the sprint store after terminating my lease. The rep told me they would return the phone for me. Did not give me a receipt after I asked for it. This was a month and a half ago. I get an email saying I need to return the phone or pay the balance. I called and I asked customer care if they received the phone they said no and there has been no shipment or tracking number to the phone. I went to the sprint store where I returned the phone and the rep wouldn’t let me talk to the supervisor to get a receipt. I went back and the supervisor was on the floor so I asked him for the reciept. He got mad. The supervisor and rep told me they remember me bringing in the phone. The supervisor went on the account to print a reciept but said there was no notes or reciept of the shipping out the phone nor recieving it. They don’t know why nothing was put on the notes or why there was no reciept for anything and there is nothing they can do. I need to know what to do to get an investigation to get the camera footage of me being there and returning the phone and know where that phone went. My name is Maria Torres.
