Went to the Sprint location in the Great Mall, Entrance *, Milpitas, CA. When we asked for assistance, the rep approached with a surly, rude, discourteous, unprofrofessional, attitude that was lacking in leadership and maturity. Sprint can have their phone and I'm not paying the bill. To add insult to injury, they called security while we were standing there calling billing to get more information because they denied us service. There were * reps standing there and neither one attempted to provide service. The security person was very helpful in that the showed us where to go to file a complaint. As a Black person,I feel this was an attempt to cowardly exercise their authority through other means for which they had no control
