I started service April **,****. I am leasing * Galaxy S* with the $** monthly plan. Neither phone works if I am at home. I HAVE NO SERVICE AND CANNOT USE MY PHONE UNLESS I LEAVE MY HOME AND GO DOWN THE STREET ACROSS TOWN. I call your tech support, your customer service, and go to the store I got them, they have run all the troubleshooting programs to try to fix it, they have issued a total of $*** credit to my account. However I have NOT SERVICE AND I STILL PAY MY BILL. Your employees have told me that they have done all they can do and there's nothing left to try. So now I'm stuck with * phones I can't use and a bill ! NOT MY FAULT I DON'T GET SERVICE BUT I'M WILL BE PENALIZED * CHARGED IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL SERVICE. AGAIN IT'S NOT RIGHT AND FALSE ADVERTISING AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL BE NOTIFIED!! NOT TO MENTION ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AND FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF HOW TERRIBLE, UNSATISFACTORY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL SPRINT AND IT'S EMPLOYEES ARE!! I shouldn't have to pay for anything if I decide to cancel nor should it go against my credit. I would like full compensation for this matter.
