The issue in GetHuman-kristycp's own words
I ordered a iphone knline and it is going to the wrong location. Yes that is my fault, but i called customer care * times to get it changed and everyone told me options but couldnt help. I waant able to cancel the order online becaus eit did not show but under my account. I called when the call center opwned and they said they could cancel the order they would put a ticket in. An hour later i get a dedex tracking label with the wrond address still. I call to get it fix agaij but thwy recommend me to call fedex. I did aand sure enough onky the sender can change the delivery address. I call now for the *th time and now she is able to call by telling fedex to return to sender. But now i have to wait until the phone is in transit to get a new phone.I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE * PM AND NO ONE CAN HELP. BUT ONCE IT LEAVES THE FACILITY NOW I CAN CANCEL, REDICULOUS! I have been a customer for * year this is insane.
GetHuman-kristycp did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
