I am a ** year customer. I am trying to upgrade * phones to Samsung S*.*I cant seem to make the person on the phone understand I have * lines.She keeps quoting me info for * phone line.**Also I saw a $*.** per month for these phones on TV. Not eligible only new customers.**I understand the importance of continuing to building the business.**Sprint needs to take care of their loyal customers also. I guess my $***.** * a month is still not enough.*I have Comcast in home and seriously considering going to their NEW customer package for mobil. Saving appx $***.** per month.
