We have been with NEXTEL*Sprint for ** years! I originally went into NEXTEL in La Jolla Ca. Signed the contract and ordered the phones. I still have the original phone number (***) ***-**** Gloria Wetzel*Yesterday I called to order a new phone for my son, same account ***-****. We went into your Santee, Ca ***** store and Hunter told me I’m not a designated signer on the account. I need to return to the store with my husband and with his consent, Sprint could add me as a designator on the account. One hour later after dinner we returned to the same store. Hunter, walked up to us and proceeded to tell us he couldn’t proceed with selling us the X phone even though my husband was present to “add me” back on to my account. Hunter also said “He could not add me to the account, that my husband had to do the “add-on” on-line. *That was shocking because an hour earlier he could “add-me” if my husband was in the store authorizing it. *Wow, that was the biggest waste of time. *Hunter said “Oh, I told you to do it on-line!” No, Hunter...If you told me an hour ago, it could only be done on-line....I wouldn’t be standing here with my husband after he drove here specifically to take care of this “New issue!” Thanks buddy!
