Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Sprint Corporate Care help.
The issue in GetHuman-triscale's own words
Repeated failure of your technical staff to unlock a phone. *st -assurances made that the order to unlock was placed, only to find out there was no work order in the computer system. *nd - repeatedly assured I would receive an email of the work order to unlock, and a notification of completion. I have received no emails. *rd - called to enquire of status of work order, was told work was on hold due to unpaid balance, despite having a zero balance. *th - was told my unlock would be complete in **hrs, it was not.
GetHuman-triscale did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
