I signed up with sprint back in april I paid $*** om the down payment. I chsnged my mind on the company and its services by the *-*th day of having the phone so I returned it ! I had to pay out of pocket a returning fee of **$ . I was first promised my money back through mail by *-** business days. I didn't receive anything so by the **th day I called customer service and they said it would take a little longer. I've been kind I've patient I've called at least two more times ever since and the day keeps getting pushed back. I'm not understanding how *-** days turns into * months and here I am still waiting on my money !
