I became a Sprint Customer less than ** days ago the phone that was sold to me was defective getting hot not holding a charge freezing up and dropping calls I've tried for * weeks now to have my phone replaced and Sprint fails to replace it as a matter of fact I was told no about * minutes ago there's times where I've been hung up on there's times where I started to shut down my services with Sprint and no one try to even save my business how important is my business to Sprint do y'all care it sure seems like you don't I demanded a new phone that I'm paying for and I get told ***** you I filed a claim with the insurance company and they want $*** deductible from me when it's not even my fault I'm demanding a phone that works properly from Sprint that I'm paying for
