Customer Service,*My husband and I have been a loyal customer to Sprint for over ** years. We had decided to upgrade our phone since*we were both eligible.*As you can see we have a iphone *plus & Galaxy Note *. It’s not very often we change our phones out. Many years ago*when we would upgrade*our phones by trading in an old phones and resigning a * year contract.*A few weeks ago we went into one of Sprints local stores. We were told we had an upgrade but we would have to pay*$**.** extra per month for iphone *plus*& $**.** extra for a Galaxy * Note. So on top of the phone bill already paying around $***.** would increase our cell*phone way over $***.** a month. There is*no specials to offset the extra cost of leasing a phone. When we were in the store they also had a special on buy one*galaxy * and get one free but that*only applied towards new customer.*We have been shopping around to other companies and have seen special deals for new customer. The last thing I want*to do is have to switch carriers. Unforutenly*It may result in that.*Verizon - Get up to $***.** off Android Phones*Verizon - Get up to **% off iPhone with Tradde in*At&t Wireless **% off Samsun Galaxy **At&t Wireless * off iPhone **I woud hope this letter could be sent to upper management to see if there is come kind of reselution to our problem.********-***-**** is the main number.*Kind Regards,
