The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-jtvkr's own words:
My phone got stolen and one of the mangers put my stolen phone on my bill so I could get and upgrade and it was supposed to be on my courrent bill and it's on my account it says past due amount. So there for I can't get my upgrade on my phone without. A down pqyment. What I would like it if I could get my upgrade with out a down a payment a new phone if you look on my phone account you can see that I've been doing my payments and that every month I've had to call in and have them fix something on my phone account. And this last month I had to pay ***.** order for my bill to be we're I don't have to keep calling I. And letting them know that I can only pay my bill once a month and that's has to be on the first of every month order for Sprint to not keep turning my phone off every month because of my past due amount.
I trust that Sprint Corporate Care will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
