I have been a customer for ** years, I have many illness issues if I can't use my phone until my pension comes in on the first, I may have problems* the doctors offices and therapists offices call to confirm my appts.
After an hour* on hold with the Phillipines, the supervisor came back told me they would set up another payment due on the ** of April, ** for the past due plus the current due. I am on a fixed income. They couldn't promise the computer? or people would allow the extention to stay on my phone. It seems I can place local calls but not distance calls. I was told there is no way anyone can override the hold on my account until I make a payment.
