Hello. Around * months ago I signed up for free spotify for * months and *.** a month after. When i tried using it though the songs wouldn't skip and i still had adverts. It was still using the free spotify. I tried signing up again and it wouldn't let me. So I downloaded deezer as I couldn't get it to work. Now I have been charged *.** from spotify. But when I go on the app it still says sign up for premium and has adverts. I would be more then happy to cancel deezer and use spotify if I can have my free * months trail and my *.** back. After this I trail i will pay.

GetHuman-carlboot did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
