Get a refund. Stop getting charged. ... My daughter had previously and erroneously linked my credit card to a Spotify account. We have no access to the account. Have never used the account. Have no idea the user name or password, etc. She has an account of her own that she is charged for separately from her own bank account every month. We had previously addressed this months ago through customer service and were led to believe it was remedied. The charges continue and have been going on for months and months going back to October of last year. I would like a full refund of all charges for this account as you will find there has never been a single song played from this account. What do I need to do to make this hapoen? What records can I provide? Please help me and let me know how to get this resolved.
I just want a refund for an account that was set up in error and never used. We don't even know how to access the account.
Oh yeah. Everything we can think of short of closing my bank account which is next.
