The issue in GetHuman-gallipol's own words
Since subscribing to Spotify Premium in April, twice now I have been unable to log in to the app. Consequently, I have been advised to uninstall, then re-install the app. In so doing, I was able once again to log in. However, on both occasions I lost all my downloads and have just now reinstalled them once again - using up most of my mobile data in the process (also, once again). Your Executive Support team is aware of the matter. To their credit, they have gone to considerable lengths to try to find the reason*s for the difficulties I have experienced. Despite their best efforts, the cause of my being unable to log back in remains a mystery. Each time, the app wouldn't reconnect me citing my being offline at the time of exiting the app. To minimise the possibility of this problem recurring for a THIRD time, I will ensure the app is set to online before exiting. My question is: should I also log out via the Settings' prompt? Or, would making sure the app was not left set to offline be sufficient before simply exiting the app via the phone prompts? Sorry for so much detail. Just thought some background details might be helpful. *Looking forward to your expert advice. *Many thanks,*Simon
