I purchased over $*** in items at *:**am November *st to take advantage of the entire store being half off. After leaving I realized a set of pathway lights rang up at full price. I returned to the store to have it adjusted to which the manager told me those are not included in the discount. Even though I took pictures of the signs posted everywhere stating “**% off ENTIRE store” - she refused to help me, became rude and would not refund, provide store credit. Etc. I receive **% off codes daily and would not have purchased these lights at any time for full price. I would like my $**.** price adjusted to refund me the $**. Store number *****, transaction ****, cashier *******. I can provide receipt, item picture and **% off ENTIRE sign pictures. Very disappointed by this hassle and customer service as we spend hundreds of dollars annually at Spirit.
