Hello on the **st of May, I contact your company in regards to a refund of my wife and I money for a flight to Jamaica, My has become very ill and is still in the hospital, I was asked to send in a doctors statement in which I did, and your response is to still offer me a credit for future use!! I do not want a credit I want our money back !!! My wife cannot walk at this time and we do not know when she is going to be released from the hospital. Is this company that hard up for money? That it can not be sympathetic to this unfortunate and unforeseen incident in our lives.
