Unfair bundling services not needed. Only internet was needed, I was billed for * months of Television when box was disconnected.

The issue in GetHuman-cbarrett's own words
Get a credit back to my Business account for the * months use of Television Service which is $***.**. ... On January **st **** I ported my phone number ***-***-**** out of Sprectrum Business to another provided. I had a bundle for Phone, Internet, and Television service. I tried calling shortly after my phone number was ported out to just keep the internet since I did not need the TV service any longer. The person I spoke to told me it was cheaper just to keep the entire bundle even though I expressed my demand to only keep the internet. Because I was not taken care when I called to make this happen, I had to have my wife call in on my behalf because I could have a stroke when dealing with a problem like this. My wife did get the help she needed on * of her demands which was to drop the remaining TV service but he *nd demand was not met which was a credit back from for the difference when I should have only been billed for the internet only. Basically at this point I am looking to get a credit back for * months worth of TV service. The service each month was $**.**. So multiply this by * months and you get a total amount of $***.** which is what I need credited back to me. I do not care if I get a credit in the form of internet service. I do not plan on switching to another provider as long as this is this taken care of.
I already tried speaking to rep about this back in January of ****. I also own a computer repair shop where several customers come in asking who they should pick for their internet service provide.
I want the * months worth of service credited to my account which is why I have been reluctant to pay the bill at this time.
I tell all my customers that come in to my shop that I use Spectrum and I recommend to them that they should use Spectrum too.
My wife spoke to the retention department, a supervisor .
