Good day to you**REF: SXA*LM**I do hope you can help me. We are * seniors from Cape Town, South Africa who are flying to Orlando, arriving at **:** on the **th March ****. As I have a South African credit card, I could not complete the booking on the American Airline website and searched for another website that would take my credit card. After several attempts to book our flight, I logged onto your website to book our flight from Orlando to Miami and found an American Airline flight (AA ****) leaving Orlando at **:** which gave us plenty of time from arrival to go through customs and onto departure. However, while attempting to complete the booking, the website refreshed and went back to the first page, which still contained our date and names etc, however, assuming that since that information was still there, I added in the credit card details and clicked to book, and as soon as confirmation was received, I realised the time was incorrect. We arrive in Orlando at **:** and would never have booked an early flight, knowing that we would not have landed yet and the flight would already have departed for Miami.**We are:*Delores Ann Lehmensich (****** **** ***) – ** years*Norman Ivan Charles Lehmensich (****** **** ***) - ** years*Brenda Edith Truter (****** **** ***) – ** years**As you can see from the several emails, I have been trying to get to the booking site concerned to get a refund but this proved impossible as the website states “access denied”.**We are devastated about this as this is a trip of a lifetime for us and now to be on the losing end due to, what I think, was a website glitch.**Please, please could you help us in order that the money being refunded to us.**Many, many thanks*Delores Lehmensich******@***.com**** *** *** ****
