To Whom It May Concern,**Flight **** from BOS to BWI was a scheduled to leave at *:**am Saturday, August **th. We were informed that we would be switching to the gate right next to ours because Flight **** to Nashville was having mechanical issues relating to its battery, and they would now be taking the plane meant for flight ****. This caused a delay of over an hour and a half, which severely impacted my travel plans. How come passengers on flight **** were impacted by a plane that was not meant for them? Is it Southwest policy to swap malfunctioning plans, thus unnecessarily inconveniencing passengers? **Thank you in advance, and I look forward to you your response.** Best,*Vanessa Nwankwo*Rapid Rewards* *********
