I am a ticket holder on your flights, international and domestic, that have been cancelled*because of the pandemic. All flights were scheduled for September, ****. I am seeking*a refund since you cannot honor my reservations. My booking reference numbers for these*flights are SFIWGE and S***MM. I have sent emails to many addresses that I have for SSA,*some of which were the very same addresses that sent emails to me, however I never*receive a response to my refund request. It is very frustrating, particularly since your*website instructs customers to make contact through these very same addresses. I am*hopeful that this attempt will bear fruit and someone from SSA will respond and do so quickly *in that my first scheduled flight to be cancelled was for September *, ****.
