On October **th **** at approximately**:**PM, I received a text message from My Bank Card alarting Me that a “No Card Present Transaction” had been Authorized in the amount of $*.** that Y'all did & had ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO DO!!! Y'ALL TOOK $*.** OF MY MONEY OFF MY CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!! I don't use SoundCloud, nor have I EVER used SoundCloud & I DON'T PLAN TO EITHER. I Have The Spotify App for My music. SO NOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IS Y'ALL NEED TO REFUND ME MY $*.** THAT WAS WRONGFULLY TAKEN FROM ME & ALSO DELETE ANY & ALL OF MY BANK CARD INFORMATION THAT *Y'ALL HAVE OUT OF THE SOUNDCLOUD SYSTEM. I WOULD APPRECIATE THIS ISSUE...... THAT CAUSED ME TO GO INTO ONE OF MY PANIC*ANXIETY ATTACKS BECAUSE I'M NOW STRESSED ABOUT THIS, TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY.* THANK YOU,* MANDY STEPHENS * *M*r****r*********
I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH SOUNDCLOUD, I HAVE SPOTIFY FOR MY MUSIC.
THE WAY I WANT IT RESOLVED IS TO TAKE ALL OF MY INFORMATION OUT OF THE SYSTEM & REFUND ME MY $*.**.
I HAVE NEVER NOR WILL I EVER BE A CUSTOMER OF SOUNDCLOUD.
