I had trouble contacting SoundCloud through their chat support on their website. I provided all the necessary details about my issue, and it seems like they failed to address it properly. If SoundCloud cannot deliver the services they charge for, I might need to involve my lawyer. I feel misled by their advertising and potentially fraudulent practices. I've written them an email outlining my concerns very clearly, and I expect them to read it thoroughly. It's frustrating when famous individuals like Will Smith can tamper with our original creations on a platform we've paid in full for. I've informed the Library of Congress about this issue, and I'm prepared to escalate it to senators if needed. I urge SoundCloud to take action against any member allowing unauthorized alterations to music files. I am experiencing issues with my Soundcloud account where someone is wrongfully claiming ownership of my songs and remixes, even those that contain samples from Shonen Jump and Blizzard. I have never sold the music, only offered it as free downloads, and believe I am protected under fair use laws. Despite reaching out to Soundcloud's copyright team, the person making these false claims is still being recognized as the rights owner. Soundcloud has not been helpful in resolving this issue and I am hoping to find someone who can provide me with answers. I have been a loyal Soundcloud user for years, even paying for a pro subscription, and I am frustrated by the lack of assistance I have received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello SoundCloud, I've been experiencing a lot of stress lately due to losing access to my SoundCloud account. Despite reaching out to you daily, I have not been able to recover it. In the meantime, I attempted to add my songs to a new account twice, but both were flagged for spam, preventing me from adding more music. This restriction is frustrating. I am having trouble recovering my SoundCloud account after getting a new phone. I cannot remember the email or password associated with it. I am upset because I have many beloved songs and playlists on the account. Despite creating a new account and searching for the old one, I still haven't been able to retrieve my login information. I tried reaching out to SoundCloud for help over the phone with no success. Both accounts are named Brian Martini, and I have followed my old account using the new one. I feel hopeless and really miss my old SoundCloud account, as it was linked to one of my old and forgotten email addresses. I linked my account to my only email address, but I forgot my password. After requesting a password reset email, I successfully created a new password. However, when I tried to log in with the new password, it was not accepted. Upon attempting the password reset process again, it indicated sending reset emails to two unfamiliar email addresses instead of the original one. I also tried using my email address directly, but it prompted me to create a new account as if my existing account was not recognized. As a result, I am currently unable to access my account.

Hello. I wanted to follow up on my 'Bloctronic' account once more. I have received over 50 new followers recently, yet my follower count continues to decrease. As a paying customer, this recurring issue is quite frustrating. Despite my efforts over the past year to build a more professional page by gaining followers, I have faced setbacks numerous times. My follower count should be at 2,[redacted], but it seems like I am being compromised in some manner. I have dedicated significant time each day for the last 15 months engaging with other artists on Soundcloud, but it appears that the platform is not as reliable as it used to be. I am dissatisfied and considering leaving Soundcloud if this issue persists. I hope for a resolution soon to avoid closing my account and seeking services elsewhere. The app doesn't automatically log me in, and it signs me out if I haven't been on it for about 30 minutes. Although it says that my SoundCloud Go has expired, it's still active when I log in again. I often have to redownload all my [redacted]+ liked songs. It would be beneficial if the app could automatically sign me in every time I use it, stop showing the SoundCloud Go expired error unless it's actually expired, and retain all my liked songs so I don't have to keep redownloading them. I've tried various methods to resolve the issue on my own, but nothing has worked.

I have a receipt for the one-year subscription that I paid for. Earlier this week, my Soundcloud Go+ stopped working. I tried troubleshooting tips to restore the subscription, but nothing has worked. Consequently, I purchased a plan for $6. However, upon finding the receipt for my yearly subscription, I would like a refund of $6 and to have my year-long subscription reinstated. I have been a loyal supporter of Soundcloud for years. Despite multiple attempts to seek help, I was directed to contact Apple each time. Apple stated that the yearly subscription was not processed through their platform. Hence, I kindly request that my $63 subscription be promptly reinstated. If not resolved, I will consider switching to Spotify or Apple Music.

I have a SoundCloud page at soundcloud.com/yunghonja. Previously, a former friend whom I collaborated with on some songs reported them without my consent following personal disagreements. I attempted to cancel my SoundCloud subscription around a month ago, and I noticed that my SoundCloud Go + privileges were removed. However, a few days ago, my saved songs and some features reappeared unexpectedly. I did not resubscribe and assumed it was a glitch. Unfortunately, SoundCloud charged me without my consent, resulting in a negative balance. This has caused issues with my iTunes account, preventing me from downloading other apps. Hello. I apologize for the inconvenience. Yesterday, I received an email stating that I had violated copyright laws. Yesterday afternoon, I created a personal account where I uploaded Zumba and fitness songs. After receiving the message, I understood that I needed to delete the songs because I realized my mistake. I then remembered that I had uploaded songs from other artists and promptly removed them. I intended to upload them so I could listen to them outside my home, but since you alerted me, I will be more careful in the future and find another way to listen to the songs outside without using this site. I had a basic account under the name of Esrever Recordings, but when I purchased the pro package, it forced me to create a new account as I couldn't log back in. I created a new account named Wild Knights as prompted, but this new account isn't upgraded to pro either. I have been billed twice for the pro package. I need a refund for one transaction and for the Wild Knights account to be upgraded to pro. Additionally, I'm unable to access my Esrever Recordings account as I may have used the same details for the Wild Knights account. Please assist me as soon as possible.

A while back, I received an email warning me that my SoundCloud account may have been hacked. I promptly changed the password but later decided to delete the account. Recently, I tried to log back in to the app to revisit some old songs but encountered login issues despite changing the password. The system did not recognize my email and failed to send a reset email. Trying to create a new account with the same email yielded a message that the email was already in use. When attempting to contact SoundCloud about the hacked account, I received a denial of access. I simply want to resolve this situation and regain access to my old account.
