We are trying to be able to retrieve or access the stored interviews and music. ... Our son had a sound cloud account. He has recently passed away. He had monthly auto w*d from his bank of $** for that account. I called the phone number (***.***.****) given with the debit on his April bank statement and left a message stating I wanted to stop payment and would like a call back to discuss what to do. I did not receive a call back. The payment is no longer coming out of his bank account. I have tried his sign in and password but they won't work to get into his sound cloud account. Another person who was allowed access and could always readily access the stored info also could not get in, the screen I'm told went blank. How can we retrieve our son's stored information?
These interviews and music are historical records and are valuable to the music organizations and people represented.
Could the account or access be transferred to another person?
We are not customers. Our son was the customer.
