Hello, I own a pair of Sony headphones model MDR-****X. I've had them for a couple of years now but I've only used them about * times since I only use them on the airplane for business trips. I just got back from a business trip and on the way home, I went to take the headphones off my head and the bracket that goes over your head just snapped in two and now the ear phone on the right side is just hanging by a wire. That has to be some of the worst quality I've ever seen. I purchased your pair of headphones over Bose because I have several other Sony products that I've liked. These however are now unusable after just * uses. I realize that these are out of warranty since I've owned them for a couple of years, but again, I've used them four times and I would hope that a company who believes in quality, customer service and their own product would stand behind it and take care of this issue for me. Please contact me on if you can help me get this fixed. As I said, I've had very good luck with Sony, have given numerous good reviews on social media on other products but I can't even come close to saying this about these headphones.
