Our Sony Blu Ray player, Model BDP BX***, indicates on our TV screen that we need an upgrade from Version M**.R.**** to a new Version M**.R.**** When I attempt to do the upgrade, I get a message telling me the upgrade failed. We are now unable to stream movies from Netflix and other sites. On our Samsung TV remote I would previously go to source and then change the source from HDMI * to HDMI * to stream movies. Now, there is a *rd choice, HDMI-CEC and it automatically switches to that source when I try to stream a movie?
GetHuman-seamusdu did not yet indicate what Sony should do to make this right.
