RE: XBR**X***E CASE*********. I have now been without a functioning TV for one week. My TV is under warranty, support dept screwed up and sent the wrong link for upload of photos. Now they tell it's going to take two more days before they even know what's wrong. Why can't they send a repair person? I have many sony products, but this will be the last one.
