I was trying to get it to play via wi-fi or ethernet ... Have a new Spectrum router (SAC*VIK) and network and Sonos told me it is incompatible with my old Sonos play *
the old play * worked via ethernet until Sonos upgraded it
telling me which Spectrum router would be compatible
