On Wednesday Oct **st, I noticed that my gateway box showing no signal. So I unplugged it, the no signal signed gone, but on November *st, my app said there is no data available. I called Tesla that night and told to call you guys back in morning because the sun is already down. *I did called you this morning, and you guide my husband with the trouble shooting. I noticed the data is showing on my app. *My husband said that you will monitor for ** hours.*But around *.** this afternoon I saw the no signal signed is back on, so I called you again, and talked with somebody at the technical customer service, but the way she explained to me is so rude, she talked when I tried to explain my problem to her. I’m not a technical person, but I’m not stupid like the way she treat me.**I don’t appreciate with the way she treat me. Is this the way your treat your customers?. **Your nice before but once you become a customer, your don’t freaking care anymore.**Maybe I’m over reacting, I don’t have time to do this trouble shooting everyday. **So I need this to be taken care as soon as possible **Thank you
