Twice tried to get help calling the customer service phone number with no response. I need to find out why I'm being charged an exorbitant co pay for my insulin beginning this year. In the fall of last year through February **** I paid no co payments. I had Essence insurance. I saw a chance for better coverage with Humana which is still expensive but not averaging $***.**. I'm at low income as you well know the cost of living raises if you get one are very small. Something is wrong for Human to have told me I would be paying no more than $**.** for novolog and now saying $*** on a payment plan. Social Security said I was approved for Extrahelp. What is going on? No one receiving Social Security should be expected to pay exorbitant co pays for vital medicine! What should be my co payments?
