Social security payments are four months behind and social security says they have the correct paperwork, but have not followed up to process any of it. Multiple trips to the local office and multiple phone calls to SSA. Going to lose home if payments are not received. Have direct deposit and have received payments in the past with no problem, but had a lapse in school attendance because of summer break and payments have not resumed. Need the checks now.

GetHuman-slpedcar did not yet indicate what Social Security should do to make this right.
