Get through to a rep w*o hassle and abuse ... I lost my job with Amerigas in March ****. Wages were reported under the Ticket to Work. I was treated badly and fell and got hurt and lost my job for reporting the accident and am pursuing a lawsuit for retaliation vs worker's comp.***Hello Cynthia,**Just a reminder to call Social Security at *-***-***-**** and request a Benefits Planning Query or BPQY (form *****). Ask to speak with a manager as some of the representatives are not familiar with all of Social Security's forms.
